Started by Al Mellinger and now run by his son Eric Mellinger and wife Hannah, it is a name you can trust. Licensed, bonded and insured- Mellinger Construction means quality craftsmanship. We are a family based company that treats our clients projects with same care and quality we would want. As a general contractor and designer we can do it all. Building from the ground up, remodels, additions, decks, small repairs and more. Past projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And, we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs. We design in house and work with our clients to create a not only a beautiful but also functional space.
